By accessing or using the Human Cognition AI website, software, API, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Human Cognition AI is an open-source cognitive architecture software project developed by Z.E Digital Tech (Elvi Zekaj). The Service includes the software repository, documentation website, interactive demo, simulation API, and related materials.
3. Open Source License
The Human Cognition AI software is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License included in the repository.
4. Website and API Use
The website and simulation API are provided for informational and educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the API or website
- Scrape or automatically collect data from the website without permission
- Misrepresent your affiliation with the project
5. Sponsorship and Payments
Sponsorship tiers are voluntary contributions that fund ongoing development. Sponsorship benefits are provided on a best-effort basis. Sponsors may cancel at any time. Payments are processed through PayPal, bank transfer (IBAN), or cryptocurrency and are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Z.E Digital Tech.
6. Intellectual Property
The software is open source under the MIT License. The Z.E Digital Tech brand, website design, and non-code content (text, graphics, documentation) are the property of Z.E Digital Tech and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Z.E Digital Tech does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. The software is a research project and should not be relied upon for critical applications without independent validation.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Z.E Digital Tech or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
Z.E Digital Tech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
