1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NOVA Wallet ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. NOVA Wallet is developed and maintained by ZeDigital ("we," "us," "our").

2. Nature of the Software

NOVA Wallet is a free, open-source, non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. It is a client-side application that generates and manages cryptographic keys locally on your device. The Software:

  • Does not create or maintain user accounts on any server
  • Does not store, transmit, or have access to your private keys
  • Does not hold, control, or manage your cryptocurrency assets
  • Does not provide custodial or financial services
  • Does not operate as a money services business or financial institution

3. Not Financial Advice

NOVA Wallet is a tool for managing cryptocurrency. Nothing in the Software or on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and you may lose some or all of your investment.

4. User Responsibility for Keys

As a non-custodial wallet, you are solely responsible for:

  • Your recovery phrase (seed phrase): This is the only way to restore your wallet. If you lose it, your funds are permanently inaccessible. We cannot recover it for you under any circumstances.
  • Your private keys: Anyone with access to your private keys or recovery phrase has full control over your assets. Never share these with anyone.
  • Your password: Your wallet password encrypts your local data. Choose a strong, unique password.
  • Your device security: Keep your operating system, browser, and antivirus software up to date. NOVA's encryption only protects your data at rest; device-level malware can compromise security.

5. Transaction Responsibility

All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. You are solely responsible for verifying recipient addresses, amounts, and network fees before confirming any transaction. We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any transaction after it has been broadcast to the network.

6. No Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or data provided by the Software, including price data from third-party APIs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeDigital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of cryptocurrency, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses.

8. Third-Party Services

NOVA Wallet may interact with third-party services including blockchain networks, RPC providers, and price data APIs (such as CoinGecko). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Open Source License

NOVA Wallet is open-source software. The source code is available on GitHub. Your use of the source code is governed by the applicable open-source license included in the repository.

10. Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency ownership, transactions, and taxation. NOVA Wallet does not perform KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks. Use of the Software may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
