NOVA Wallet is a free, open-source, non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. It is a client-side application that generates and manages cryptographic keys locally on your device. The Software:
NOVA Wallet is a tool for managing cryptocurrency. Nothing in the Software or on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and you may lose some or all of your investment.
As a non-custodial wallet, you are solely responsible for:
All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. You are solely responsible for verifying recipient addresses, amounts, and network fees before confirming any transaction. We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any transaction after it has been broadcast to the network.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or data provided by the Software, including price data from third-party APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeDigital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of cryptocurrency, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses.
NOVA Wallet may interact with third-party services including blockchain networks, RPC providers, and price data APIs (such as CoinGecko). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.
NOVA Wallet is open-source software. The source code is available on GitHub. Your use of the source code is governed by the applicable open-source license included in the repository.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency ownership, transactions, and taxation. NOVA Wallet does not perform KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks. Use of the Software may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
