1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Z.E Digital Tech ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use ByteBot, our autonomous desktop AI agent. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

- We collect no data. The software runs entirely on your infrastructure.
- All task data, conversations, screenshots, and logs remain on your machine.
- Your AI provider API keys are stored in your local .env file and never transmitted to us.
- Task prompts and responses are sent directly between your instance and your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, or Ollama).
- We have no access to your deployment, data, or usage patterns.
For self-hosted deployments, your data privacy is entirely under your control. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of your chosen AI provider.
