These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Multi-Agent System AI website generator ("Service") operated by Z.E Digital Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Multi-Agent System is an AI-powered website generator that creates HTML/CSS websites from text descriptions. The Service uses multiple AI agents to design, develop, write content, optimize for SEO, ensure accessibility, improve performance, and quality-check generated websites.
We offer four plans: Free, Creator (€19/month), Agency (€59/month), and Enterprise (€149/month). Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Features and usage limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
You own all rights to the websites generated using our Service. The generated HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code is yours to use, modify, distribute, and deploy without restriction. No attribution to Z.E Digital Tech or the Multi-Agent System is required.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. We accept PayPal, bank transfer (IBAN), and cryptocurrency (BSC). Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the billing period.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service includes a client-side fallback that functions when the API is unavailable. Enterprise plans include an SLA with specific uptime guarantees.
API access is available on Agency and Enterprise plans. API usage is subject to rate limiting and the generation limits of your plan. You may not share API credentials or use them in ways that circumvent plan limits.
The Multi-Agent System, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Z.E Digital Tech. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, service marks, or trade names.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z.E Digital Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that generated websites will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us at elvizekaj@zedigital.tech.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
