By downloading, installing, or using the NEURO AI VS Code extension ("Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
NEURO AI is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Extension, subject to the MIT License terms included in the source code.

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Z.E Digital Tech does not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. AI-generated code suggestions should always be reviewed before use.
In no event shall Z.E Digital Tech or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension.
The Extension uses AI models to generate code suggestions, explanations, and other content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI-generated output before incorporating it into your projects. Z.E Digital Tech makes no guarantees about the accuracy, security, or correctness of AI-generated content.
Optional sponsorship tiers (Supporter and Sponsor) are voluntary contributions to support development. Sponsorship does not grant additional software features. Sponsorship benefits (README listing, logo placement, priority support) are provided on a best-effort basis.
Z.E Digital Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
