The platform supports major cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), BNB, Cardano (ADA), Polkadot (DOT), Avalanche (AVAX), and Polygon (MATIC). The Professional plan supports additional assets. All price data comes from CoinGecko.
The free Paper Trading tier uses simulated execution with real market data -- no real money is at risk. The Trader (€39/mo) and Professional (€99/mo) plans support live trading with real capital through MetaTrader 5 integration. You control when and how much real capital to deploy.
Paper trading gives you $10,000 in virtual capital. You can buy and sell crypto assets using real market prices. Your positions, P&L, trade history, and risk metrics are all tracked exactly as they would be with real money, but no actual capital is at risk. It is the best way to learn and test strategies.
The platform includes 4 built-in strategies: MA Crossover (20/50 period moving average), RSI Reversal (30/70 thresholds), MACD Signal (momentum-based), and Bollinger Bands (volatility-based). Free users get 2 strategies, Trader gets 5, and Professional gets unlimited with a custom strategy builder.
All market data is sourced from the CoinGecko API, one of the most comprehensive and reliable crypto data providers. Prices are updated in real-time via WebSocket connections. Historical data for backtesting is also from CoinGecko.

The free Paper Trading tier includes: simulated trading with real market data, 2 strategies (MA Crossover and RSI), basic backtesting with 7 days of history, 4 crypto assets, and community support. No live trading, alerts, or MT5 integration.
To upgrade, visit the Pricing page and select your desired plan. Complete payment via PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. Then email elvizekaj@zedigital.tech with your transaction details and we will activate your account within 24 hours.
We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, email elvizekaj@zedigital.tech for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not available, but you can cancel anytime with no further charges.
Yes. Annual billing saves 20%: Trader is €372/year (instead of €468) and Professional is €948/year (instead of €1,188). You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Yes. All plans are cancel-anytime with no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Email elvizekaj@zedigital.tech to cancel.
Technical
API access is available on the Professional plan. Rate limits are: REST API at 100 requests/minute, WebSocket connections limited to 5 concurrent streams. These limits are sufficient for most trading strategies and can be increased on request for enterprise users.
Professional plan users have access to the custom strategy builder. You can define entry/exit conditions using technical indicators, set custom parameters (like MA periods or RSI thresholds), and combine multiple indicators. Paper Trading and Trader plans use the 4 built-in strategies with their default parameters.
The backtester uses historical OHLCV (Open, High, Low, Close, Volume) data from CoinGecko. Free plans can backtest 7 days, Trader plans up to 90 days, and Professional plans up to 365 days of historical data.
The Trader and Professional plans connect to your MT5 broker account for live trade execution. You provide your MT5 credentials during setup, and the bot sends orders directly to your broker. Smart order routing minimizes slippage and ensures best-price fills.
The web platform is fully responsive and works well on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap. Email and SMS alerts ensure you stay informed about trading signals even when not actively monitoring the platform.
Yes. All trade history, positions, and performance data can be exported to CSV. Professional plan users also have API access for programmatic data retrieval. This is useful for tax reporting and performance analysis.
The platform is deployed on Fly.io with automatic failover and 99.9% uptime SLA. If the primary server becomes unavailable, traffic is automatically routed to a backup instance. Open positions have stop-loss orders at the broker level, so they are protected even during platform downtime.

Yes. Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Markets are volatile and prices can change rapidly. Even with automated strategies, losses are possible. We strongly recommend starting with paper trading to understand the risks before using real capital.
While the risk management system includes stop-losses and position sizing to limit losses, it is possible to lose a significant portion of your trading capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. The bot is a tool that assists with trading decisions, but it does not guarantee profits.

No. Past performance, including backtesting results, is not indicative of future results. Market conditions change constantly. A strategy that performed well historically may perform poorly in the future. Backtesting results are theoretical and may not reflect actual trading results due to slippage, fees, and market impact.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS). We do not share your trading data, portfolio information, or personal details with third parties. MT5 credentials are encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.
The platform includes Kelly Criterion position sizing, dynamic stop-loss levels, portfolio-level drawdown limits, and correlation-aware exposure caps. The Sharpe ratio, max drawdown, win rate, and profit factor are tracked in real time. These tools help manage risk but cannot eliminate it.
