Code and Task Data: When you submit tasks to PRP-AI, we process the code, descriptions, and configurations you provide. This data is used solely to deliver the Service (agent processing, code generation, analysis, etc.).

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including tasks submitted, agents used, API calls made, and dashboard interactions. This data helps us improve the Service and provide usage analytics on your dashboard.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled through third-party providers (PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency networks). We do not store credit card numbers or full bank account details on our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Task data and generated code are retained according to your plan:

  • Starter: 30 days task history
  • Professional: 1 year task history
  • Enterprise: Unlimited retention (configurable)

Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it is permanently deleted. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use third-party services for infrastructure (Fly.io), payment processing, and email communications. These providers have access only to the data necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect it.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations).

8. On-Premise Deployment

Enterprise customers using on-premise deployment maintain full control over their data. In this configuration, no code data or task information is transmitted to our servers. Only license verification and optional anonymized usage metrics are communicated externally.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality (session management and preference storage). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We use basic analytics to understand how the website is used, which does not track individual users.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including contractual protections consistent with applicable data protection laws.
